Christopher Chapman

I work on a freelance basis as a spiritual director, retreat giver and writer. I regularly lead retreats at St. Beuno’s Jesuit Spirituality Centre, Sheldon, The Royal Foundation of St. Katherine’s, the Franciscan Centre in Ladywell, and the House of Prayer at East Molesey. Formerly, I was a Roman Catholic priest and served for some years in the Anglican Diocese of Southwark as Spirituality Adviser. I am the author of 4 books: Seeing in the Dark, Earthed in God, Send my Roots Rain and Doorways to Hope, with a fifth, Paths for Life, coming out in November 2026. I live near Canterbury.
